We went by Fred’s house last week. He said that he would come to church. The next day he called us saying that he will be going to the NW because there was a stake conference there and the stake president, Fred’s boss was speaking. 

We asked President if we could go with him, and we got permission to go with him to stake conference. It was really cool! There were a lot of great talks, There was a general authority there. Elder Rhodes was there. He served a mission in Canada and was a mission President in Canada as well, so for one of the hymns we sang O Canada. We have tried to get a lesson with one of our other investigators but he has been too busy. We are still trying to get a lesson with him. 

We got a media referral. We went by on Friday. Their son answered the door. He called his mom on his phone and gave it to us. We set a time on Saturday morning to go by and drop off a Bible that she requested. Saturday we knock on the door, she invites us in, we talk to her for a while. She’s from the Philippines. We talked about who we are and what we do, talked about the Bible and the Book of Mormon, and we gave the 1st lesson. They said that they would call us back but if they don’t we will drop by again. 

Interviews with the mission president went great! President told us that we have a

great zone and they are all very obedient. That was really good to hear.  

We taught a returning less active the plan of salvation. That went really well. There were a bunch of concerns that came up. We were able to answer them. I still feel like we need to go over it again. At the end of the lesson had the thought to ask him if he wanted his home to be blessed. We blessed his home before we went home.
